If dust or debris gets inside, like any bearing, it can impact its spin or seize.   If this occurs you can try taking apart and blowing the mechanism using a compression spray (Officeworks) for example.    If dropped the bearing can break also.   \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDue to the construction process of the weighted component, the spinning part can look slightly crooked. This isn’t a fault but how the mould sits enabling it to be screwed and to spin smoothly.
