Losing Your Sh!t Kit - New & Improved 2025 Edition
This kit is curated to offer practical support during moments of intense emotions. It can serve as a helpful redirection tool compared to less effective options that may put the individual or others at risk. It is recommended to use these tools before reaching a 10/10 on the emotional scale, as the "heavy work" can help calm the "red" brain before it gets to 'defcon' level.
Our best selling Losing Your Sh!t Kit has had a revamp. It now comes with a small extreme fabric squishy instead of the egg. We found that some struggled with the texture of the egg & we also wanted to include a washable, robust squishy in the kit.
Great for tweens up experiencing BIG feelings i.e who are flipping their lids. 'Heavy' work with discreet tools we have found is helpful in both regulating and also willingness to use the tools.
It was orignially developed as a kit for use in a specific school setting where the classroom was having massive challenges with student regulation & risky behaviour. The trial was so successful that the kit was launched for mainstream use. We do also have a deluxe "extreme lost your sh!t kit" which has even more regulation tools.
Great to keep on desk at home or school for them to channel their hormones and emotions into a rather than throwing the desk or other items. If you know what I am talking about as you read this then this kit is for you I promise.
Also great for hand function, hand strengthening & hand exercises. Used effectively in dementia care also.

Tools are housed in a black bag with a draw string cord for convenient storage between uses.
