What makes it special
SENA started with three tools I genuinely use myself.
As a menopausal ADHDer, I've become pretty familiar with the fact that what my sensory system needs can change enormously from one moment to the next.
Sometimes it's something light. The Head Tickler gives me that deliciously tickly sensation that I can feel right down to my toes.
Sometimes I just desperately need to scratch an itch. My Back Scratcher gets used more than daily, particularly with menopausal itchiness and frozen shoulders making some spots impossible to reach.
Then there are the moments when everything feels too much. That's when I reach for stronger sensory input. The Spikey Sensory Pad gives me controllable safe ouch and concentrated tactile input that can provide a pattern interrupt and help me feel grounded.

Extendable Back Scratcher | Scratchy
Sometimes an itch just needs to be scratched. The stainless steel scratcher extends to reach those awkward spots and collapses down again for compact storage. Particularly handy when shoulder mobility makes reaching your back difficult.
Head Tickler | Tickly
Light, tingly and wonderfully strange. Flexible prongs glide over the scalp, creating a gentle tickly sensation that can feel like dozens of fingertips moving through your hair. A lovely option when you’re seeking lighter sensory input.
Spikey Sensory Pad | Ouchy
For times when you’re seeking stronger sensory input or safe ouch. Hold it in your palm, press it into a soft area of the body, or place it under your feet for concentrated tactile input. The amount of pressure is controlled by you, making it useful when you’re seeking grounding input or a strong sensory pattern interrupt.
