Cappi the Squishy Capybara
Meet Cappi
Meet Cappi, the gloriously chunky capybara and bigger cousin to Flappy the Duck and Baa Baa the Sheep. With his adorable little face, wonderfully rounded body and ultra-soft, velvety feel, he's one seriously satisfying handful.
His pillowy EVA filling makes him a delight to gently squeeze, while his fuller shape gives you plenty of softness to cradle in your palm. He's got that famously chilled capybara personality, just with a whole lot more squish!
Please read the FAQs below before purchasing, particularly the important information about squishy longevity and care.
More about Cappi
There's something wonderfully comforting about a capybara. They're famously laid-back, rather round, and seem completely unbothered by the chaos around them. Cappi captures that personality beautifully.
He's the bigger cousin in our much-loved Flappy squishy family, with a fuller, rounded shape that creates a satisfying sensory experience. His non-sticky, velvety TPR exterior feels incredibly soft, while the pillowy EVA filling yields gently as you squeeze.
Unlike his narrower cousin Mystique the Unicorn, Cappi offers a more substantial, palm-filling squish. And that little face? Difficult not to smile.
Who might love Cappi? People who enjoy fuller, rounded squishies, gentle squeezing and soft, velvety tactile input.
Who might not? People who prefer firm resistance, smaller tools, vigorous squeezing or robust sensory tools. For a narrower shape, consider Mystique; for harder use, explore our robust squishy range.

FAQs: Longevity, Suitability and Care
How long will my squishy last?
We'd love to tell you squishies last forever, but we'd be telling porkies! Soft squishies will eventually break with use. That might be after days, weeks or months, depending on how often they're used and how much pressure they receive. They're wonderful sensory tools, but they're not indestructible. If you need something more robust, please explore our robust squishy collection instead.
Who might Cappi not suit?
Cappi isn't recommended for anyone likely to bite, chew, pull, pick, overstretch or squeeze with significant force. He is best enjoyed through gentle squeezing and tactile exploration.
Will Cappi become sticky?
Cappi starts out soft, velvety and non-sticky. Over time, sweat, natural skin oils, hand creams and other residues can make the surface feel a little sticky. This can often be improved with gentle cleaning.
How do I clean Cappi?
Gently wash in warm, mild soapy water, rinse and allow to air dry completely. Once dry, lightly dust with cornflour (cornstarch) to help restore the non-sticky finish, then brush off the excess. Do not soak a damaged squishy or allow water into a split.
How should I care for Cappi?
Avoid sharp objects, direct sunlight and excessive heat. Never leave in a hot car. Do not microwave, boil or otherwise heat. Avoid chewing, biting, forceful stretching or pulling at features. Stop using if the outer material splits or the filling becomes exposed.
What if Cappi arrives faulty?
Please contact us if Cappi arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault. Normal wear and tear differs from a manufacturing defect.
