The Heavy Spikey Hand Roller weighs approximately 285 grams while maintaining the same dimensions and textured surface as the original. What changes is the load and grounding feel.
The structured Safe Ouch input remains deliberate and firm — but the added copper density gives the roller a more anchored, substantial presence in the hand. For many (not all), that extra load increases grounding and can enhance regulation by adding deeper proprioceptive feedback alongside the surface stimulation.
