Our Crystal Pick 'Em Stack -  JOY, CALM & HEALING contains 3 Pick 'Ems, each filled with natural polished crystals - Strawberry Quartz| Green Aventurine | Amethyst.

This stack comes with 3 discs - each with different materials.  Can use fingers, nails or tweezers.   Once removed can be kept for ongoing use.  

Disc 1 : Strawberry Quartz

Known as 'Pure Joy.  It has an energy unlike any other. It is a sister stone to Rose Quartz and is much lighter, uplifting and joyous.  Strawberry quartz is said to increase sensitivity, empathy, and intuition, making it a helpful crystal for those who are seeking to deepen their understanding of others. 

Disc 2 : Green Aventurine

Green Aventurine provides strength, confidence, courage, and happiness.  It is known for its ability to bring tremendous emotional healing, Also referred to as the “Stone of Opportunity,” enhances the stability and emotional equilibrium.

Disc 3 :  Amethyst

Amethyst is the ultimate calming stone. It helps bring clarity and insight, aiding in decision-making and understanding oneself and the world around. Amethyst can help calm the mind, deepen meditation, and foster a sense of peace and balance.

They are designed as a support for those that delight in 'extraction' & and/or struggle with picking & popping.   Those that have tried them in the sample phase have been surprised at how long & satisfying the 'extraction process' actually is!   We have intentionally designed their size as a small, portable tool for anywhere use. 

The crystals can be popped out, picked out with nails or you can use the tweezers to extract.  Can then be repurposed after they are out.  Squishing the pad is quite satisfying both with stones still in and also when removed.  (See note re Trypophobia below though). The Silicone, even after items removed, makes for a great sensory stim tool.  

The crystals, once removed, can be added into our Put 'Em Clear Putty (available separately) to create an alternate  picking support tool, which allows you to use the contents again and again. 

The immersive experience involves focus, digging, resistance, satisfaction & (personally speaking) sheer delight.  Warning: can be hard to stop once starting grin.  See videos of it in action also. Hands get a good work out, so helpful to rest from time to time.  Great for mindfulness, regulation and calming. Squishing the silicone, even after stones removed, more many is satisfying.

Each of the silicone discs contain items with purpose in mind. In addition to being pure JOY for many, there is a more serious side to this genuine sensory seeking behaviour.  Picking skin & hair pulling can be a form of stimming sometimes referred to as body-focused repetitive behaviour & super common, especially for those, like me, that are neurodivergent. It can be a sensory self-regulation behaviour, stim or part of repetitive ‘loop’. It can lead to compromised skin, bald patches, risk of infection, scars, shame and distress.   It can also be a challenge to stop, even when harmful. Which is why we have a focus on having a range of tools to assist in supporting this sensory need. 

These are single use, however will likely surprise you as to how long they take to do. 

Two reasons we elected to not use the reuseable silicone:

    1. it's colour resembles 'wee' (ick i know)
    2.  most importantly, for safety reasons - if over heated (length heated too long or due to variance in microwave) or heated too many times  it can catch the microwave alight.  

Likely not to suit those that struggle with imperfection or sensory issues with holes, as once removed the stones leave holes.  Trypophobia is an aversion or repulsion to objects like honeycombs and sponges that have repetitive patterns or clusters of small holes.

The inclusions in the Pick 'Ems are natural and from time to time there may be natural debris/nature inclusions such tiny particles of leaves.  Not common but can happen. 

Contains small parts however we recommend those using this kit are 8 years + in developmental/intellectual age.

The silicone is single use and should not be reheated.  

FAQ

How is my order shipped?

Typically we use Australia Post.  If it is more economical, we may use an alternative carrier and we deliver Australia wide.

We aim to post within 24 hours of receiving our order.

Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirmation.

Postage times will vary depending on location however in most cases you should receive your order within 3-5 business days from the purchase date.

Large or special items may incur additional postage and handling charges.

Can I have it sent Express Post?

Absolutely!  Just select that option at check out.  

Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery time frames.  For items larger than Australia Post limits we use a range of courier services. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most destinations around the world.  There are some set up for flat rate shipping. 

Please note that charges do not include any duty/taxes charged by your country's port authorities (if applicable).  You will be responsible for any charges they may add.  We are unable to quote these as they vary immensely from country to country. 

If you country isn't setup for flat rate shipping please email us a list of the products you are interested in and your shipping information /address to jo@kaikofidgets.com and we can provide you with a quote.

Again, please remember customs and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.

Please note shipping to Europe and UK is currently disabled on the website while I try get my head around the Brexit law changes and regulations.  

If your order is over 135 pound (approx 260 AUD) then we can ship and you pay the VAT on its arrival.  Unfortunately orders under this amount are way to complicated to manage as we have to charge all the fees our end. 

This is what is on the UK information pages:  For the sale of goods over £135, you might not be required to collect VAT at the point of sale. In this case, VAT and duties are remitted by the importer. If you use registration-based taxes and have a UK VAT registration, then VAT will not be applied to your sales to customers in the UK. If you choose to, you can charge your customer for VAT and duties at the time of sale, and then provide these funds to the shipper or importer using a shipping label. Alternately, you can send the orders without charging VAT and duties, and your customer will pay extra funds at the time of delivery. 

How can I track my order?

When we ship your order, we automatically send you your tracking number. (Please check your junk folder)

What is your return policy?

All claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us quoting your order number, with details of your proposed return before proceeding.

Unless the goods are defective or sent in error, you will be required to pay postage with tracking to return goods. Items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged safely so damage does not occur.

If returned goods are used or in an unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed.  There is no return or exchange available on discounted or on sale items.

What if my order is damaged when it arrives?

If the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or they have been incorrectly described we offer the choice of a refund or exchange.

Please contact us with 48 hours of accepting delivery. 

We may ask for images to help investigate the damage or fault. 

Can I pick up?

Pick up is welcome, generally Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 4.30pm
Location for pick up is Tarneit Victoria, 3029
Details of location will be sent once the order is ready for collection.
After hours collection may be possible with notice from an alternate location in Tarneit.

Frequently asked question

We are passionate about making sure you have the right product for your needs. If you change your mind about the purchased items, you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) and we will provide you with a credit so you can chose something else.  

All returned items must be in original, unused and unopened condition and proof of purchase will be required.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges for any oral motor/chewable related items, wearable items such as body socks & fabric items such as weighted products.
